The Effective Teaming Laboratory:

Overview

The Effective Teaming Laboratory, under the direction of Dr. Stephanie G. Adams, was established in 2002 with funds from the National Science Foundation. The Lab, located in 518 Nebraska Hall, is home to a team of researchers working on the development of a model for the facilitation of effective teaming in the engineering classroom. The lab is equipped with audio and video technology to observe engineering students working in teams. Observations are being used to develop methodologies and instruments to measure individual growth and team effectiveness.
